Returns/exchanges must be received within 15 days of original receipt.
Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any return or exchange regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.
Shipping and handling will not be credited on returns.
Exchanges for size: If you need to return product for size exchange please send us an email request (uhelmets@gmail.com) and we will give you a return authorization code (RAC). We will allow one sizing exchange with no processing fee. But you have to pay both ways shipping. We charge shipping fee $12.95 for first helmet and $7 for second one. All other exchanges will be charged 10% processing fee.
Returns for refunds: If you need to return product please send us an email request (uhelmets@gmail.com) and we will give you a return authorization code (RAC). All Returns will be charged 10% processing fee.
Order Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department.However, you can return the item for a refund.
Refused Shipments: If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of Uhelmets Company, the customer will be charged a 25% restock fee minimum $10.00 per order and the refusal fee charged by the shipping company. The Uhelmets can not be liable for the shipping charges if the item is refused before delivery.
Damage Claims: All damage claims on deliveries must be made with 5 days of arrival to customers home. All damage claims must send us an email (uhelmets@gmail.com) with pictures of damage part first. When we received email, we will contact you.
Return product must be in original clean condition box with original accessories. The product must be in new and unused condition,all tags and manufacturers warranty material must be intact,Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
Please do not send any return shipments freight COD or Freight collect, as they will not be accepted by the distribution center.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items.
Please give up to 14 business days to process your refund. Please be noted that it may take up to one or two billing cycles to reflect the refund in your credit card statement if you paid by credit card.
